Maheen Hassan

Maheen Hassan, an aspiring Picture Editor and filmmaker from Karachi, Pakistan, is now based in Toronto, Ontario. As a recent graduate of the Film and Television program at Humber College, she has made the Dean’s List consistently. She has worked on short films, PSAs, and a short documentary as a director, producer, director of photography, editor, and assistant editor. More recently she is the picture editor of an upcoming short comedy pilot, Trail By 20s, the picture editor of an upcoming PSA, More Than One as well as the Post Supervisor and Marketing Manager of the short film, Repercussions. Her involvement in various projects demonstrates her versatility and willingness to take on different roles to gain valuable insights into the filmmaking process. Her ability to draw from this range of different skill sets makes her a great asset to the team. She seeks to further her editing skills, collaborate with passionate individuals within the industry, and make impactful films.
